Gardner Museum

“Two separate hour long portrait sittings in the courtyard garden at the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum in Boston, MA. First with a boy named Adrian, who came fully prepared: dressed head to toe in his favourite colour: blue! He brought his notebook and was clear about the conversation he wanted to have. The sitting directly after was with his mother, Melissa.

For me, doing their portraits was one of the most heartwarming and rewarding experiences. It turned out that the experience helped to shed light into their current family dynamic in a positive way for them. ” -Charmaine Wheatley
